Our direct care staff hold the title of "Behavior Specialist" 

Job Requirements:

You must be 18 years old. It is preferable that you have a valid Wisconsin Driver's License and have your own form of transportation with insurance. It is recommended that applicants have some experience and/or education in this field but it's not mandatory. Paid training consists of: 1) Client Rights, Ethics, & Confidentiality 2) Medication Supervision 3)Menus & Meal Planning 4) Behavioral Training 5) OSHA 6) Adult CPR/First Aid. Other training topics are available upon request and/or are offered on an as needed basis. It is a  plus if an applicant has already undergone training in these areas.
