Cognitive Concepts, Inc. (CCI), is a group of professionals who have come together to provide truly community-based programming, centered around individualized needs. All programming focuses on understanding how an individual interacts and interprets the world around them. With this information, approach, environment ,and staffing  patterns can be developed to the most beneficial and cost effective level possible.

We collaborate our services with other professionals in the community to offer counseling, therapy, and medication management that is appropriate and necessary.

Established in 2002, CCI has earned an early reputation for successfully integrating clients with cognitive impairments and mental illness into a community setting. CCI has primary operations in Green Bay, Manitowoc, and Sheboygan.
